The apartment has a living and dining area with a small table and chairs; the kitchen is open to the room and fully equipped with an under-counter refrigerator; full bathroom; sleeping area with a double bed; air conditioning (cooling); radiant floor heating; and a beautiful large window with a city view. All utilities included except electricity (paid separately). Fully Equipped! The building has 24-hour security with guest reception, gym, pool and sun deck. In an excellent location, less than two blocks from Av. Córdoba and Av. Santa Fe, with countless bus lines, just two blocks from the Callao Subway (Subte) station, Line D, close to the medical school, shopping centers, theaters, bars and restaurants. MOVE-IN CONDITIONS: DNI or Passport + 1 (ONE) month security deposit (to be returned by the owner at the end of the contract) + 1 (ONE) month in advance + agency fees. The company does not guarantee the availability of the advertised apartments on the dates you request. RATE Monthly rent Refundable security deposit: 1 month. Fees: 1 month.
